By placing an order, you agree to the terms outlined below.

1. Order Cancellation

a) Cancellation by Customer

Orders can be cancelled before dispatch only
Once the order is shipped, cancellation is not allowed

b) Cancellation by ROX AQUA

We reserve the right to cancel any order due to:

Product unavailability
Pricing or listing errors
Payment issues
Suspected fraudulent activity

In such cases, a full refund will be issued.

2. Refund Policy

a) Eligibility for Refund

Refunds are applicable only if:

You receive a damaged or defective product
The product is lost in transit

Proof (unboxing videos) must be provided within "1" hours of delivery.

b) Non-Refundable Items

The following are not eligible for refund:

Used or opened products
Customized or made-to-order items
Digital products or services
Products damaged due to misuse or improper installation

c) Refund Process

Approved refunds will be processed through ROXBILL
Refunds will be credited to the original payment method
Processing time: 7–10 business days

3. Exchange Policy

Exchanges are allowed only for damaged, defective, or incorrect products
Exchange requests must be raised within 48 hours of delivery
Products must be unused and in original packaging
Exchange is subject to product availability

4. Return Conditions

To be eligible for return or exchange:

Product must be unused, uninstalled, and in original condition
Original packaging, invoice, and accessories must be included
Return requests without proof may be rejected

5. Shipping Charges

Shipping charges are non-refundable
All refunds are processed via ROXBILL, our in-house payment gateway
ROXBILL is used exclusively for RAVAN INDUSTRIES products
Refund timelines may vary depending on banks or payment networks

7. No Cash Refunds

All refunds are processed only through the original payment method.
Cash or alternative refunds are not permitted.
